GDS bookings fall in last quarter
Recent research from EyeforTravel shows that in the last 3 months across nearly all the travel verticals the GDS’s are delivering less bookings. 24% of Hotels and 19% of airlines are reporting a decline from the GDS channel. Only the cruise sector reports no fall, with 50% reporting an increase of booking from the GDS channel.
