Just the Flight has become the first UK online travel agent to launch an innovative method of delivering daily flight deals via an RSS-XML feed.

The feeds of charter flights cover over 30 destinations from 27 UK airports. Website users can subscribe to the charter flights RSS feed from a specific UK airport, and can receive a data of the lowest priced flight deals to worldwide holiday destinations direct to their desktops.

"Wayfarers Travel & Just the Flight have always embraced new technology" says Mike Goddard, Managing Director of the Wayfarers Travel Group (owner of Just the Flight). "Making the web experience as easy as possible for our customers has always been our aim. It has been a major factor in the success of our online ventures in recent years."

Analysts predict that RSS will revolutionise the way people use the Internet and therefore the travel sector, selling cheap flights via RSS allows the consumer to get the information they need, quickly and efficiently. It also reduces the role of travel search engines (TSEs) by empowering users to directly subscribe and compare deals from their chosen online travel agents (OTAs).

"With charter flights RSS we can give the user quick and easy access to the cheapest flights available." says Mark Byart, Senior Web Developer, Just the Flight. "There are so many websites that sell cheap flights on the Web. It can often be difficult and time consuming for the end user to find the best deals using traditional web browsing."
