One of the keys to developing and maintaining their hotel supplier relationships, which today number 150,000 in a region that is “not easy to win”, is local knowledge. In practice this means that Agoda always recruits local talent, appoints a local GM and relies on a local teams to help customise contracts that hoteliers actually want to sign.
